Produce inspired cuisine using fresh local ingredients and combine them in a unique way. This innovation leads to a large tapas size selection of appetizers, where sharing is the idea to allow each diner to sample a true firework of flavors.
Daily hand picked fresh local seafood , tender meats and creative desserts complete a menu packed with bold flavors.
Chef Harold Schwarz showcases his Globetrotter Cuisine inspired by his vast culinary experiences from working stints in Germany, France, Switzerland, California, Colorado and Hawaii as well as his extensive travels abroad. Tatonka’s unique space features an alfresco, gastronomic dining experience under a vine covered, flourishing courtyard or Native American canvas ceiling. The ambiance is enhanced with an open kitchen, allowing diners to relax and watch the chefs at work whilst indulging in handcrafted cocktails, chilled local brews or a global wine selection.
Tatonka seats a maximum of 50 diners, half indoors, half outdoors and can be separated for small private functions with custom designed menus.

What a surprise Charming restaurant outside of the La Laguna. Well visited and cheerful interior, without being a cliche. Happy, helpful and kindly service. The dishes are very special, a mix of new and traditional cuisines across the globe (not excursively Thai), like the cornets. Absolutely Outstanding! What to say about this place- it's so good we have been twice and are going again before we head home. We first found it 2 years ago and returned this week with high expectations- and the place did not disappoint. The menu is simply outstanding and the food they serve is both unique and exceptional. We focused mainly on the selection of Tapas/ Lite Bites . We chose Lamb Gai- Unbelievable, Duck Pancakes- very good, Saigon Beef- melts in the mouth and flavoursome, Pomelo Prawns- succulent and tasty. Service was fantastic and friendlly. Fabulous meal, could not fault it. Fine dining perfectly executed. When u r fed up of same thai food everywhere, go hee Went in a big group (13) and everyone loved it. Fusion food, impeccably served, a real treat. Prompt service but not rushed. Think it was the first night we all actually got our food and roughly at the same time. Yes for Thailand it's expensive, was about £40 a head, with lots of drinks including wine and cocktails, but compared to UK it was stunning value. An amazing restaurant with a lovely team I can’t recommend this place enough. Having sat down and ignored at other restaurants in Laguna this was a completely different positive experience. We visited once and welcomed by all the staff on arrival - my daughter was suddenly taken ill before our meal came out. The staff could not do enough to help us and boxed up our meals to take with us. We returned a second time and had the best meal of our trip. The tapas was brilliant and the Siam chicken too. If you ate this kind of meal in London it would cost a fortune. This was a really reasonable priced tasty meal with lovely staff and would have gone back every night if we had found it sooner! Amazing food - The service was great and friendly with all menu explained. The environment and atmosphere was cool and relaxed. The quality of the food I had was exceptional. I had Siam chicken - the textures of the blackened rice, chicken with cashew nuts and slaw were perfectly balanced and the spices the in green curry sauce brought it all together perfectly (I am lucky enough to eat in top London restaurants though work and this dish would stand up to any). I went to Tatonka with friends and we had some delicious appetizers and then we decided to order their tenderloin steak. It is hard for me to find a restaurant that makes it the way I like, which is rare/medium rare on the inside and a thin crispy crust on the outside.
