Chef Harold Schwarz showcases his Globetrotter Cuisine inspired by his vast culinary experiences from working in Germany, France, Switzerland , California, Colorado, Hawaii, South East Asia as well as his extensive travels abroad. Tatonkas unique space features an alfresco, gastronomic dining experience under a vine covered flourishing courtyard with a Native American canvas ceiling. The ambiance is enhanced with an open kitchen allowing diners to relax and watch the chefs at work whilst indulging in handcrafted cocktails, chilled local brews or a global wine selection.
Tatonka seats a maximum of 50 diners, half indoors, half outdoors and can be separated for small private functions with custom designed menus.
